We can come to you and get the job done, explaining face-to-face the fixes and processes involved We can diagnose and fix any issues you may be experiencing. We support home based computers to large networks. If you are interested in computer repair or network service, we can perform maintenance on your machine remotely or come to your location for onsite service.

Our staff is able to remotely manage your computers, PC/Mac/Linux and cell phones from our data center. Our proprietary hardware enables us to remotely fix any problem anywhere in the world. Our remote service enables us to quickly diagnose and fix issues, instead of waiting for a technician to show up.

Pricing:
Remote computer repair (Weekdays 8am - 5pm EST)
$75.00 per hour charge with one half hour minimum.
Virus Removal $65.
Cincinnati Onsite Service (Tristate area, destination charges may apply) $110.00 per hour, with a half hour minimum.
